RV Spaces

  • Each space is 30 ft. x 40 ft.

  • Each space has oak trees that provide much needed shade during the hot Texas summers 

  • Each space has full hook-up (30/50 Amp)

  • Each space includes water and sewer

Pricing​

​

  • $250 per week if the Initial Term is less than one month

  • $550 per month for 2 adults ($30 per month for each additional person over age 8)

  • Venmo, Zelle, Debit Cards accepted​​​

  • Credit Card or PayPal (fees may apply)

  • Electricity billed monthly based on individual usage

  • RV site rent must be paid upfront, in full

General Policies

 

  • All guests will need to provide a non-expired copy of their driver’s license and will be subjected to a background check.

  • All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the park

  • Only RV 12 years or newer are allowed in park unless approved by management 

  • All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the park. The RV owner will notify management should it be necessary to call local enforcement. If the sheriff or police come out for any reason, at our discretion, regardless of circumstances or innocence, if you are asked to leave, you must vacate the premises without a refund.
